Our 4 steps for the marketing plan

Step 1

Business analysis

It is important to provide insight into where your organization is now. Within this analysis, we will therefore look at the current use of online, your online performance and how you perform compared to the competition.

Step 2

Brand positioning & identity

Now that we have more insight into your current online position, we will focus on the direction your organization wants to take. To do this, we will work with a so-called SWOT to uncover your vision and mission, organizational goals, USPs and target groups, priorities and interesting product/market combinations, online opportunities and threats, and development areas. Based on this, we determine the best, strategic option for your company. We then create a brand identity file, including logo, corporate identity and pay-off. This explains how you will position yourself as a company and how you will address your target groups.

Step 3

Distribution strategy

The distribution strategy relates to the online channels that you will use as a company and against what budget. Such a choice relates to the brand identity, the set KPIs and the intended target groups. We aim to use the channels in such a way that potential customers are included in a kind of process where they go through the following steps: awareness, consideration, decision. This is also known as a funnel strategy.

Step 4

Content strategy

The final step in the roadmap is the content strategy. Based on the information from previous steps, valuable, relevant content for your target group will be created and distributed. This includes services such as SEO, blogs and white papers.
